What we do

Avenue is AmicusHorizon's centre of excellence for providing services for the homeless and the management of temporary accommodation.

Our main objective is to help key Local Authority (LA) partners to reduce and prevent homelessness. With a range of housing options we can tailor our services to help LA's meet their local housing need. Avenue currently run HALS agreements (Housing Association Leasing Schemes) with 18 LA partners.

For our Landlords we offer full management services and a guaranteed monthly rent under our guaranteed leasing scheme.  We can take the hassle away from letting by offering a 24 hour repairs service.  We also have a direct agreement with the tenant so they can deal with us on all tenancy matters.

For our Residents we have a specialist Income Management team who provide welfare benefit and debt advice.  We can also deal directly with LA housing benefit departments and assist tenants with housing benefit claims. Our repairs team liaises between tenant, landlord and contractor to provide an efficient repairs service.

Avenue also has properties for Market Rent.
