Local Authorities

Our main objective is to help key Local Authority (LA) partners to reduce and prevent homelessness.

With a range of options we can tailor our services to help LA's meet their local housing need. Avenue currently run HALS agreements (Housing Association Leasing Schemes) with 18 LA partners.

Our Housing Association Leasing Scheme (HALS) helps our Local Authority (LA) partners to provide temporary accommodation to those in housing need.

We have been working with Local Authority partners since 2003.
