Anyone can apply for a market rented property. We advertise using lettings boards outside of homes and on rightmove.

Before you lease a property we will do a credit check.  If you don't pass the credit check, then we will accept a guarantor on your behalf. You will be asked to pay a months rent in advance and a deposit of a month and a half's rent.
