To make life easy for you we have lots of ways to pay your rent.

Phone – Contact a member of the Avenue Income team on 0845 064 4000 who will be able to take a payment over the phone. You will need your debit/credit card plus your Avenue payment card if you have not made a payment like this before

Direct debit - Direct debit allows your bank to automatically send payments on a date you choose. We can set this up for you over the phone. Please call us on 0845 0640 4000 to find out more.

At your local post office or Paypoint provider - You can pay at any post office or paypoint provider with your rent payment card, please take this with you each time you make a payment. You will NOT be charged for this service. If you lose your payment card and require another one please call us on 0845 064 4000.

Via the internet or through Allpay - You can pay by most debit or credit cards at the Bills Online website. Go to  www.billsonline.com or by phoning Allpay on 0870 2436040. Please use your payment reference when using this service.
