Local Authority satisfactionWe ask our Local Authority (LA) partners to rate our service.The goal is for each local authority to rate us with three stars for excellent service. So, how are we doing? ![]() From January 2010 - March 2010 we surveyed seven of our LA partners. Four awarded us three stars for service and the others awarded us two stars for service. We will continue to monitor comments from our LA partners to ensure they are all receiving a three star service.
